Philodendron 'Mcdowell'

Philodendron 'McDowell' is a hybrid cultivar between P. gloriosum and P. pastazanum created in 1988 by John Barta. This terrestrial creeper has large heart-shaped leaves with prominent white veins. Since it's ground dwelling, it only reaches a height of 2-3 feet but it can have a maximum spread up to 6 feet. P. 'McDowell' prefers bright, indirect light, medium watering with well draining-soil and a high level of humidity. It is fairly easy to grow indoors as well as outdoors. (Pot size: 3 gallon)
