Musa beccarii

Musa beccarii (Red Ornamental Banana) is a wild banana species native to Southeast Asia. It produces beautiful long lasting bright red inflorescences. The tightly overlapping red bracts with greenish tips are characteristic of this species. Prefers a shady position and well-draining soil but will tolerate full sun. (Pot size: 3 gallon)
