Emerging from the large, rounded bulbs are bright-green, strap-shaped leaves that taper to a point. Funnel-shaped, orange-red flowers are borne on a stem that can grow up to 1 meter tall. This beauty blooms most months of the year. It goes dormant after blooming, then starts the cycle of blooming all over again.
