This beautiful form of the oxblood costus has leaves that are dark green above and dark red below. In contrast to typical C. erythrophyllus, this clone has ruffled leaves. It grows 1-2 ft high, prefers part sun and irrigation during dry periods. The flowers are quite showy yellow with red highlights. (Pot size: 3 gallon)
