Brownea coccinea

The Scarlet Flame Bean is a small ornamental tree reaching 10-15 ft tall. It has beautiful large clusters of bright orange-red flowers. It is native to Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.  It does best in full to part sun and needs supplemental water during dry periods.
