Hoya kerrii 

'Sweetheart Hoya' is a succulent vine native to Southeast Asia. It has bright green heart-shaped leaves that look quite beautiful cascading over the sides of a hanging basket. It’s a fantastic houseplant and eventually produces clusters of small, star-shaped flowers. Prefers bright, indirect light and a well-draining soil, is drought tolerant. (Pot size: 6” hanging basket)
