'Twin-Flowered Agave' is a dwarf agave, native to Mexico, with a beautiful compact habit.  Its leaves are long and thin and on appearance may be confused with a Yucca. Arranged in a tight rosette, the thin leaves are deep green and pointed, but they do not have spiny edges like other agave, making this agave a little less ferocious. The edges of the leaves produce white fibrous strands. When Agave geminiflora matures, it produces greenish-yellow flowers which are formed in pairs on an unbranched spike that rises 8 to 10 feet. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Can be used as a container plant. (Pot size: 3 gallon)
