Ficus carica 'Brown Turkey'

Ficus carica ‘Brown Turkey’ is a shrub or small fig tree, reaching a height between 15 to 30 feet. It has a spreading habit, attractive foliage and edible fruit. This cultivar produces purple-brown fruit with pink-amber flesh. Figs can be eaten fresh off the tree, sliced for use in salads, dried, or used in pastries, preserves, and jams. Prefers full sun/partial sun, medium water and well-draining soil. (Pot size: 1 gallon)
