Psidium guajava (Red)

‘Guava’ is an evergreen tropical shrub or small tree growing up to 20 feet in height. Native to the tropical Americas, it is cultivated for its edible fruit. The fruit is botanically a berry, containing many seeds. This rare variety has red leaves and red-skinned fruit with a sweet, red flesh. The bark of the tree is attractive with a mottled greenish-brown color. The flowers are fragrant, showy and white. Plant in full sun for the best growth and fruit production. (Pot size: 2 gallon)
