Dracaena reflexa 'Song of India'

Song of India is a perennial shrub native to Mozambique, Madagascar, Mauritius and other nearby islands of the Indian Ocean. Also known as Pleomele, its narrow, lanceolate leaves have alternating dark green and chartreuse stripes. These leaves are in a whorled arrangement, gradually dying off to reveal a stem with an interesting pattern. This broadleaf evergreen can grow between 12 to 20 feet in the landscape. Grown in a container, it will reach a height between 3 to 6 feet tall. Prefers partial sun exposure and moist, but well-drained soil. (Pot size: 3 gallon)
