Capparis cynophallophora

Jamaican caper is a native shrub or small tree with wonderfully fragrant and showy white flowers that turn pink within a few hours. It blooms from Spring to Summer and is a larval host for the Florida White (Appias drusilla) Butterfly. Prefers full sun to light shade and a well-draining soil, is drought tolerant.
