Aloe juvenna
'Tiger Tooth Aloe' is a branched succulent originating from Kenya with erect to arching stems that grow up to 2 feet long. The stems are densely packed and tipped with a tight rosette of triangular, toothy-margined green leaves that are flecked with prominent creamy-white spots. When grown in full sun the leaves often take on reddish to brown tones. Aloe juvenna suckers profusely so it can be used to create a dense ground cover. Because of its arching nature, it can be used in a hanging basket or used to trail downwards over rocks or walls. It flowers in mid to late summer and the inflorescence is an unbranched spike with orange-red flowers. Plant in well-draining soil in light shade to full sun. Prefers regular watering but can be tolerant of drought conditions for a short period. (Pot size: 6" pot)
