Acalypha hispida

The beautiful Chenille Plant blooms on and off all year with rich red clusters of soft, velvety, pendulous flowers called catkins that can reach 18" in length. It is a great addition to a shadier landscape, where its bright red color will stand out. Use as an accent plant or as a hedging plant. Acalypha hispida prefers part sun to part shade and regular irrigation to keep it healthy and beautiful. (Pot size: 3 gallon)
